1. Submission Instruction:

 

• All submitted papers must be in English.
• The English language shouldbe correct and sound.
• Submitted papers must notexceed 10 pages under the given template.
• Submitted papers must beunpublished and not considered for publication elsewhere. Authors are also
• expected not to submit their papers elsewhere during the reviewing period.
• Submissions should obey the template and should be submitted in WORD and PDF formats.
• All papers should be submitted via CMT  platform. Submissions sent elsewhereare not considered

• The hybrid mode is valid for researchers .

 

In order to include accepted papers in the proceedings, at least one of the authors of the paper must be registered. Each paper must be presented by an author at the conference. All participants must register and pay the registration fees before 15 October 2025.

The authors not registered, their papers will not be included in the conference program.

 

2. Paper Template

Use the Springer Series Template to prepare your submission in ICDTA’25. The submitted paper should be no less than 5 pages and should not exceed 10 pages.

3. Submission Platform

 

All submitted papers must be submitted via the CMT platform. Make sure you read the submission instructions carefully before submission.

4. Review Process 

 

• Incomplete documents and documents not obeying the submission guidelines will not be reviewed
• All submissions will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee and reviewers on the basis of technical quality, relevance to conference
• topics, originality, significance, and clarity.
• Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material (max. 15% from all sources + max. 5% from one source).
• Duplicate publication of the author's work, in whole or in part, without proper citation is not tolerated.
• The acceptance decisions will take into account paper novelty, technical depth, elegance, practical or theoretical impact, and presentation.

 Registration fees 

 

(*) Registration is required for all accepted participants.

(*) Payment orders are not accepted.

(*) Students must provide a valid student ID or an official university letter confirming their status as full-time students.

(*) Please note that all accepted papers will be submitted for indexing in Scopus, subject to a publication fee of 100€

Registrations Fees include:

 

• Attendance to all scientific sessions – coffee breaks 

• Electronic version of the conference proceedings and Admission to the all scientific sessions.

• A supplement of 200 MAD ( 20 € ) is to pay for the participation for other person.

• Please specify in your payment (e.g., in a comment field) the following expression: “Registration for ICRAI'25 paper ID” where ID is the ID of your paper (e.g., “Registration for ICRAI’25 paper xxxxx”).
• After paying registration fees and obtaining the proof of payment, you have to scan (in PDF format) and send by mail to  conf.icrai25@gmail.com
